Joe Farrer
Joseph Bradley Farrer, known as Joe Farrer (born 1962), is a physical therapist who is the director of Therapy Services for North Metro Medical Center in Jacksonville in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and a Republican member of the Arkansas House of Representatives.
